An illustrated booklet is included which describes 11
different games, covering a wide range of difficulty, to
keep a variety of players interested. All of the rules are purposely kept similar to
their corresponding traditional card games. They are easy to learn and perfect for
use at home or in a theory
class. Keeping score will add to the competitive nature of many advanced players.
A new rhythm game is added to help learn those fundamentals. Try adding some
accelerandos to really get the game going!

These games are described in detail in
the rulebook.
Some of the simpler games are outlined in the Beginner
section. A more advanced game, a version of Crazy 8s, is outlined below.
Remember that these cards can be used for many familiar card games. You can
use your imagination to come up with more!
As in the regular game of "Crazy 8's", your goal is to discard all cards from
your hand, by matching suit or number. In this version, you can match suit (3
colored suits of red, blue or green), or match notes (G to G, or B to B - in any octave),
with Middle C being wild (to change suit).
There are also some special action cards included :
- A repeat sign allows the player to play another card of the same suit.
- A rest sign skips the next player, and that person must remain totally quiet (a rest
indicates silence) or draw 2 cards.
- A triplet card makes the next player draw 3 cards, unless that person has a triplet of
his own to play.
- There's even a "Musical Chair Card" which has everyone put down their cards
and move to the left one seat.
For advanced players, 4 new
key signature cards have been added. These can be played anytime during the game,
and change the key of the game. If the Key of G card is played, then all F's played
after that point must be called F#'s, or the player must draw two cards!
